A little about Mykonos

Mykonos island is not so beautiful if You are looking for nature, BUT Mykonos city is incredible charming with the many small narrow streets, where you can walk around for hours. Mykonos, then You think on pelicans, windmills and "Little Venice", YES it is dashing.

There are many tourists on Mykonos, but get up early in the morning and You get the city almost for Your self - and walk a trip down to the old harbour, where there perhaps is market. It is an island with a lot of life, many dinning places, taverns and international restaurants, BUT it is the most expensive place, we until yet have visited in Greece.

Many good beaches - with and without clothes - and that Mykonos should be "the Worldcentre/meeting place" for gays, we did not notice specially. The holy island Delos is situated only ½ an hours voyage from Mykonos - 1600 Dr. and a guided trip cost about 7500 Dr. - decidedly a visit worth.

Apollo Rejser, Ornos Studios, nice small 2.rooms apartment with kitchen, bedroom, bath/toilet plus balcony and common terrace (1.flor) - beautiful place.
2.minutes on foot to a good beach - children friendly. Ornos is situated 5 km from Mykonos city, but there is bus connection almost the entire day and night.
5. minutes walk from Ornos Studios on the main road lie a well-assorted supermarket.
